The Casa del Gavilan will close for the season November 3, 2025. We would like to take a moment to thank all of our guests that permitted us to share the Casa's hospitality with them during the 2025 season. It was a pleasure meeting many new guests, and rekindling friendships with returning guests, during the year.
The Casa will reopen in April 2026. Reservations for the 2026 season will be open online at https://casadelgavilan.com/reservations beginning January 1, 2026. We look forward to again sharing the hospitality and uncommon tranquility of the Casa del Gavilan during the 2026 season.
