Guest Dinners at the Casa del Gavilan

For our guests that would prefer to remain at the Casa rather than driving out for dinner, the Casa del Gavilan is pleased to offer candle-lit dinners prepared by Robyn, your innkeeper, during your stay with us. Dinners are not provided every evening so please check with Robyn prior to your visit to inquire as to availability and menu. All dinners include your choice of several non-alcoholic beverages (you are welcome to bring your own beer or wine if you prefer). Dinners also include dessert. After dinner you can retire to the living room and curl up in front of the fireplace – the perfect end to a peaceful day at the Casa.

Green Chile Chicken Burritos Enchilada Style - $15/person
Flour tortillas filled with refried beans, Mexican blend cheeses and shredded chicken then covered with green chile enchilada sauce; side of Mexican Rice.  Served with Chips and Salsa. Sour Cream available upon request. (Can substitute Chicken with black beans and rice)

Lasagna - $20/person
Four cheese lasagna with crumbled Italian sausage and lean ground sirloin. Served with garlic parmesan cheese bread. (Vegetarian version available upon request)

Due to the preparation time required for the dinners, advance reservations are necessary. Reservations for dinner carry the same 7 day cancellation policy as do room reservations. Please inform us at least 7 days in advance of any cancellation for a reserved dinner or the charge will be posted to your account..
